Hello! I’m Kellan, husband to my favorite person, Mallorie, proud dad to JJ, Logan, Ike & Noah, and a licensed wedding officiant for Waco, TX and the surrounding areas (but also most of the US). I enjoy creating fun, relaxed ceremonies that honor God and 2 of His special people.
If I told you that I didn’t always want to be a wedding officiant when I grew up, would you believe me? It’s true. Just being honest here..
However, I have come to really enjoy getting to know different couples and coming up with ways to make their wedding day super special, as it should be!
I believe marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and woman, created by God for fellowship, companionship, and mutual help and comfort. I would be honored to help you get started on that journey with your future spouse!
How I Got Here…
Maybe you’re wondering how I became a wedding officiant.. Well, it’s all thanks to the handsome groom pictured above, my brother, Christian. When he asked me to marry him and his amazing wife, Sheridan, I was shocked (and nervous to say the least). I don’t think there’s a lot of Kindergartener’s who put “Wedding Officiant” on the “what do you want to be when you grow up” line! But despite all of the unknowns, what made the experience so enjoyable for me was getting to know them as a couple, guiding them along the pre-marital process (with the help of my amazing wife), and finally, having the honor of pronouncing them as man and wife. That whole experience made me realize that I wanted to help other couples with the best day of their life. I truly enjoy coming up with ways to make couples feel ready, relaxed, and excited for the moment they get to marry each other.

Hello! I am Mallorie—proud wife to Kellan and mom to four! When I’m not homeschooling our older two kiddos and attempting to run the house smoothly, I enjoy crafting, working out and reading a good book.
It has been such a privilege to help guide couples on the way to the alter. I truly enjoy watching couples mature in their own faith while growing closer together. I have seen how putting in the groundwork early can set you up for a healthy and successful marriage!
